One calendar for the whole family. Answers to the things people ask most, and a way to reach a person if yours is not here.
The quickest route is from inside the app: More → Settings → Send Feedback. That attaches your app version automatically, which usually saves a round trip.
Or email support@mysynergyapp.com. A real person reads it.
One calendar the whole household can see, plus shared to-do lists, meal planning, saved documents and a group chat. The idea is that nobody has to ask what is happening this week.
Go to Settings, then Invite People, and tap + Invite Someone. You can also do it from the Friends tab. Once they join you can share calendars, assign to-dos and chat.
By your phone number. If yours is wrong or missing, nobody can add you, so check it under Settings, then Account.
Yes. You can keep adding and editing while you are offline, and everything you did is sent up as soon as you are back on. A small marker appears when you are offline so you know why nothing is syncing yet.
Yes. Tap Calendars on the Calendar tab and connect Apple or Google there, or do it from Settings, then Calendars. Those events appear alongside your family plans so you get one picture of the week.
No. Connected calendars are read only inside Synergy, so an event that came from Apple or Google cannot be edited or deleted here. Only events you create in Synergy are written out to your Synergy calendar. Your existing calendars are never modified.
Outlook connects with a published calendar link. In Outlook, publish your calendar and copy the ICS address, then in Synergy go to Settings, then Calendars, and tap + Subscribe to a Calendar.
Settings, then Calendars, then My Calendars, then + Add Calendar. Give it a name and a colour and it becomes a filter chip on the Calendar tab. Extra calendars are a Personal+ feature.
On the Calendar tab, tap the full month icon next to the view switcher. Pinch to zoom in and drag to move around. The Week tab has an expand icon that does the same thing for a busy week.
When you add the event, tick All-day / multi-day event and set an end date. It then shows as one continuous bar across those days rather than a separate event on each one.
Yes. In Week or Day view, tap the calendar icon next to the arrows and pick a date. In Month view the same icon moves between months and years.
Settings, then Calendars, then find the calendar and tap Share. You choose exactly who can see it, one person at a time. Sharing a calendar is a Personal+ feature.
Yes. Open the event and invite the people you want. They get a notification and can accept or decline, and their answer comes back to you in chat so you are not left guessing.
On the Chat tab, tap the new message icon next to the search bar and add more than one name in the To field.
On the Friends tab, tap Plan an Event. Add the details, pick friends or contacts, and send the invite by text with a link so they can join.
Yes. Personal and Business lists are built in, and you can add your own from the To-Do tab, whether that is Groceries, Packing or anything else you name.
Yes. Assign it to anyone you are connected with and it appears in their Shared list, so it is clear who is doing what. Assigning to-dos is a Personal+ feature.
Press and drag the handle on the left of any task to move it within its list.
Under More, then Documents. You can save quick links, upload a receipt with a label and date, or attach a document. Receipts are stored privately and are only ever visible to you.

Yes. Turn on Rundown under Settings, then Notifications, and pick a time. You get one message listing what is coming up, either in the morning or the evening.
Check that Push Notifications is on under Settings, then Notifications, since the individual switches do nothing while it is off. If it still does not work, check that Synergy is allowed to notify you in the iOS Settings app.
Personal is free and covers a shared family calendar, to-dos, meals, documents and chat. Personal+ adds extra calendars of your own, calendar sharing, to-do assignment and shared meal planning. During the beta every feature is unlocked for everyone.
If you are eligible, the paywall says so before you subscribe. A trial turns into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so cancelling happens in the iOS Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions. To switch plans in Synergy, go to Settings, then Plan, then Change Plan.
Go to Settings, then Plan, then Change Plan, and tap Restore Purchases. Signing in with the same Apple ID is what matters, not the same phone.
A client list, appointment scheduling and payment preferences, aimed at people who run something on the side. They are unlocked with an access code rather than sold as a plan. Enter one under Settings, then Business.
No. Synergy asks for contacts so you can invite someone without retyping their number, and the list stays on your phone. Nothing from it is uploaded or stored.
No. There is no advertising, no analytics and no third party tracking in the app, and your data is not sold or shared for marketing.
Synergy never sees it. Subscriptions go through the App Store, so your card details stay with Apple and are never sent to us or stored on our servers.
Settings, then Account, then Delete Account at the bottom. This removes your events, to-dos, messages, photos and everything else permanently, and it cannot be undone.
